Mengapa setiap jenis wine mempunyai perbedaan rasa…??

Ada banyak factor yang mempengaruhi rasa sebuah wine.
Pertama ada banyak sekali jenis anggur. Setiap jenis, mempunyai ciri khas masing-masing baik dari segi rasa, aroma, dan tekstur.
Kedua, tanah dan iklim dimana anggur tersebut ditanam juga akan memberi efek tertentu pada rasa anggur tersebut.
Ketiga, si pembuat anggur (winemaker) yang mengatur teknik, suhu temperature, jenis ragi pada saat pembuatan wine. Dia lah yang menentukan gaya dan rasa wine yang akan kita minum.
